BrowserMark is a benchmark tool designed to measure browser performance of mobile and embedded devices. BrowserMark measures a browser’s performance in JavaScript and HTML rendering. BrowserMark was designed to tell an end-user which browser performs the best on their mobile or embedded device.
At the end of the test your browser receives a score indicating its overall performance. It is easy to compare scores by running BrowserMark again using a different browser. Changing browser to the one that is faster can mean that pages with dynamic content will be more responsive.
BrowserMark measures browser's performance by testing its JavaScript functionality. JavaScript is a widely used programming language used in the creation of modern websites to provide features such as animation, navigation, forms and other common requirements. By measuring a browser’s ability to handle commonly used JavaScript functions BrowserMark can evaluate its performance.
BrowserMark has two different versions. Public version is free-of-charge and Corporate version is licensable.
